Carbon County Criminal Records

Carbon County records their criminal activity in the form of criminal records. These records cover murders, rapes, burglaries, arson, motor vehicle theft, assaults, and crimes of a sexual nature. All criminal records in Carbon County are updated. In Carbon County, residents can use a search tool to get access to the records. Anyone on release or in jail can be searched for using the tool. Carbon County Public Records

Every Carbon County resident, and Wyoming resident for that matter, has vital records kept on them. All important life events are noted in these records. Then again, Carbon County does charge per record copy. For instance, birth certificates in Carbon County cost $20 for the first copy. First copies of death records cost $15. Marriage records in Carbon County cost $20.

NOTE - Carbon County has several rules that must be followed with regard to obtaining records. The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. MST from Monday to Friday. If a requester wishes to attain reports, they must bring some form of photo identification. Examples include state IDs or driver's licenses. Requesters must also put their public record requests in writing in Carbon County.
